Deadly Thinking
ADULT
Deadly Thinking is a one-day workshop aimed at working with Aboriginal adults during which core social and emotional well-being issues are addressed in an open, respectful and comfortable forum.
This workshop involves topics such as: Yarning, risks to wellbeing, staying strong, handling worries, symptoms of anxiety and depression, drug and alcohol misuse, suicide risk, pathways to help and connection to culture and country.
Each session includes a Deadly Thinking video that discusses different aspects of social and emotional wellbeing with active discussions aimed to address these topics.
